SUN creates a different experience

Within the streets of Indio, just east of interstate 10, lies one of the most modern credit union branches in the area. Our Sun Community Credit Union Indio branch, located at 82195 Ave 42, was built with a focus on providing services to the community without the traditional banking feel. So how was this accomplished?

The Indio branch has some features that make for a more welcoming experience. For starters, the Indio Branch did away with the teller line and substituted it for a Universal teller station. We figured the teller line is a thing of the past as well as long lines. With the addition of a coffee station, waiting is now more about sitting back and enjoying a nice cup of coffee.

Another great feature the Indio branch displays is the Cactus Garden, the first thing you see as soon as you walk into the branch. This Cactus garden holds our members view of what a life changing experience means to them. To the left of the cactus wall you’ll find a small paragraph of what the Cactus Wall is about. Do you want to participate? Grab a paper and pen, write down what an extraordinary experience means to you and mount it on one of the cacti on the wall!

The Indio Branch welcomes all local businesses from the area to take advantage of our conference room, or as we like to call it, The Hub. The Hub was created to host local business who are looking for a space to work or meet. The Hub boasts a huge HDTV for users to use as a presentation display or meeting screen. Wi-Fi connection is offered at no additional cost. So why not host your next meeting at The Hub? Visit our Indio branch to see what it feels like to bank with SUN!

Changing lives because we care!

Our mission in the Coachella valley won’t be fulfilled without the help of our members. Our desire is to be the most trusted and respected financial institution in the community and to empower and educate others financially to change their lives and the lives they touch. Being different is part of our strategy and the Indio Branch is a good example of what it means to be extraordinary.

If you are interested in banking with the best credit union in Coachella Valley, pay us a visit and we'll get you on your way to a brighter future!
