Forgot Login/Unlock your Online Banking

We are happy to announce a new feature on our Online Banking that’ll make your online banking experience brighter. Now you are able to request your Login ID if you ever forget it (yes, it happens to all of us!). Additionally, you will be able to unlock your account if you ever lock yourself out from too many incorrect password attempts.

How to unlock your Sun Community Online Banking Account 
To do this we've added a new button on our online platform labeled "Forgot Login ID/Unlock Account." By clicking it and filling out the request form you will automatically unlock your account and will receive your Login ID via Email or Text Message.
