Dear "Sun Family" members,

Sun’s guiding principle is that we are a people first organization. As a father,
husband, and friend serving at Sun, COVID-19 has affected every part of my life. All
of us at Sun know how much you are counting on us during this time.

We are here for you—our colleagues in the branches, support teams, call center
and external partners are coping with similar issues such as school closings, family
needs and uncertainty. To help protect you, our communities and our colleagues,
we continue assessing our branch locations hours of operations and procedures to
adapt to the changing needs. I so appreciate your patience as the world reality is
changing daily, if not moment-by-moment.

Our Incident Response Team meets daily to assess the current reality and plan for
future actions, with the intention of being available for service as long as we can
ensure a healthy environment for you and our colleagues.

You have 24/7 access to your accounts and money through our digital banking
solution and through our fleet of ATMs. In-branch visits are being managed to
meet the CDC requirements of social distancing and limit the number of members
in the branch at one time. We are ensuring our facilities are disinfected daily and
high contact points are disinfected after each interaction. However, I encourage
you to use our drive through services and limit in person lobby visits at this time.
As COVID-19 evolves, so will our actions. Possible future actions may include
temporary closure of select branches or offering only drive through services.

In such a difficult time, rest assured your Sun team is guided by our Vision of being
