 *30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage is based on a purchase of an owner occupied single family residence. Rate and payment example are for a loan of $100,000, 6.625% interest rate and APR of 6.806% initial principal and interest payment of $640.31 for 360 months, or $6.40 per $1000 borrowed.
