We hope you’re as thrilled as we are about the transition, and we want it to be as smooth as possible for our members.  Please take a moment to read some important information regarding our transition from Home Banking to Online Banking.

  • As soon as the transition has ocurred, you will have to download our new mobile application.
  • If you haven’t accessed online banking in the past 6 months you will need to re-enroll.
  • If you have accessed online banking in the past 6 months, you will be required to setup a new password when you first login to the new system. Don’t worry, your login ID will remain the same.
  • For enhanced security, you will be required to use a new one time passcode, in addition to your password, that will be sent to either your mobile phone via text message or to your telephone via phone call, anytime you log in from an unregistered device.
  • Previously set up payee information and bill payment history will transfer over to the new system.
  • Any previously scheduled alerts will not transfer over.  You will need to setup new alerts.
  • You will now be able to make quick and easy member-to-member transfers within Sun Community Federal Credit Union accounts.
  • Please make sure you read and accept all new disclosures when you login.
  • Bill pay will be temporarily inaccessible while we are converting to our new platform.
  • You will be prompted to download the new mobile application the morning of September 27th for access to Online Banking via your mobile phone or tablet.
